THE CONFERENCE
The WSF is proud to present its 34th Annual General Meeting and Conference in Mauritius, a tropical island situated in the Indian Ocean off the east coast of Africa. The area of Le Morne offers fine stretches of beach and swimming places and is known for its surfing spots. Delegates will be able to divide their time between the meetings, the beach and sightseeing on this wonderful island.

The WSF Conference and AGM have been planned to allow delegates, and their partners, the opportunity to mix business with pleasure. On Thursday 7th October there will be a full day of Conference, followed by a pre-dinner Welcome Reception. On Friday the Conference sessions will conclude with lunch, allowing delegates to tour the island or relax on the beach. The AGM on Saturday 9th is planned to finish before lunch and will conclude with the biennial election of WSF officers. An official AGM Dinner will be held in the evening, before delegates depart on Sunday or stay to sample more of the famed Mauritian hospitality.

FLIGHTS - AIR MAURITIUS DISCOUNT
The Mauritius Squash Rackets Federation have negotiated with Air Mauritius a special discount on Air Mauritius flights, for delegates and partners travelling to attend the WSF AGM & Conference.

Participants are requested to contact their nearest Air Mauritius offices when arranging their flight or for any additional travel information required (see attached list).

AGM & CONFERENCE PACKAGE
The AGM & Conference package includes:

• Half-Board Accommodation in twin or single Rooms at the Berjaya Le Morne Resort Hotel. (Recommended stay is
  nights of 6th, 7th, 8th & 9th October).
• Buffet Breakfast and Dinner each day of residence.
• Airport - Hotel - Airport transportation.
• Coffee and lunch at the Conference on 7th and 8th October.
• Welcome reception on 7th October and AGM Dinner
  on 9th October.
• Water sports including windsurfing, water skiing, laser,
  kayak and snorkelling.
• Sauna, Fitness, Squash, Tennis and Casino access
  are all also free.

Other meals must be paid for separately, as must all drinks,
mini-bar, laundry and any other services at the hotel.

TOURS
Local Tours are available from the hotel and should be booked with
the tour operator, Connection, on arrival. A hostess will be in the hotel every day to arrange bookings.

Examples of full day tours are:

• Wild South West: MUR ~ 1,400.00 per person including
  lunch and entrance fees but not drinks.
• Full day sailing on a catamaran in the North:
  MUR ~ 1,600.00 per person including lunch, transfers and drinks
• Full day sailing on a catamaran on the West coast:
  MUR ~ 1,500.00 per person including lunch, transfers and drinks

A Half-day tour will be available for the free afternoon on Friday 8th October.
