Practice 6 - Volley Drop & Crosscourt

Player B crosscourts for A to volley

drop and then crosscourts (after one or two bounces) for A to volley drop etc.

Step back towards the short line after each crosscourt to leave room to set-up the volley. Initially feed high and soft so the ball falls to head height. Once your partner is in a rhythm you can increase the pace, variety of feeds and aim a few into the side wall.

Aim your volleys to fade and cling to the side rather than rebound back into the court.
